Unable to login to StubHub

I’m currently unable to login to StubHub. I’ve been trying for a while now, but it just says there’s an error when I try to login. Then when I go to reset my password or sign in with a code sent via email, I never receive any email.

If someone could please reply soon it would be appreciated. This is urgent since I have an event tomorrow that I can’t access my tickets for.
