First of all was the concert canceled or postponed? If it was canceled then there isn’t going to be a show and refunds would be issued. If it is postponed to a later date then you can list the tickets. I suggest you read Stubhub and Ticketmaster terms and conditions. There may or may not be different fee structures and payment schedules. Stubhub pays 5-7 days after the event. Ticketmaster may pay 5-7 days after delivery.
