I am being redirected to Ticketmaster Account Manager to accept my tickets for a game next week. It is failing at a screen where it asks me to sign up for SMS for notifications and I cannot seem to get past this. It is error'ing out. Any guidance?

This is something new that Ticketmaster has instituted. Have you tried clicking both boxes? If you have and that doesnt work have you tried to clear cookies and cache?
This has been resolved. Had to engage the Ticketmaster Account Manager team and they resolved something for me with my account.
