I purchased hockey tickets this evening. I accidently confirmed the purchase prior to adding my promo code. I called customer service immediately to try and cancel the order. I literally spoke to an agent within 1 minute. I spent 45 minutes on the phone to basically be told it was a final sale and there is nothing they can do to help. Not the customer support I expected! Any suggestions besides selling my tickets?
