Disappointed!!

I would like to express my extreme disappointment in how I was treated in my experience with the NHL game I attended last night. I ordered 3 tickets with clear view of the entire ice and all the action. I received only one ticket in the wrong row and the seller would not reply to StubHub so I could not get my original tickets. I was offered 3 tickets from StubHub to replace those tickets, which were worse tickets, and when I mentioned that to the customer service agent, they said that those were the only tickets available, NOT TRUE. I found later that there were tickets that were in a worse row than my original tickets but could see the whole ice. I also noticed that those tickets were never filled. The tickets I received had only a view of 3/4 of the ice and only one goal. I missed half the game because the play was in that obstructed area, including 3 of the 5 goals scored in the contest. I cannot express how let down I felt after driving 425 miles from Montana to Utah to watch my favorite team, which I never have seen in person. It was truly unfortunate that the seller did not honor their commitment and that is what I am most mad at, but I am also utterly disappointed in the unwillingness of StubHub to make it right, even after you had promised to do so.
