False advertising on parking pass

I purchased a parking pass that advertised parking very close to the event and even provided a map for reference. When I showed up to the parking garage I was told that the parking pass was for a different parking garage located on the other side of town. We did not use the parking pass and StubHub does not think we should be reimbursed. STUBHUB PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL- ORDER NUMBER 552095328

I'm seeing a lot of complaints like this.  The old Stubhub never allowed this to happen where sellers are lisitng parking passes that are not near the venue.  The "new" Viagogo Stubhub is like the Wild West of 3rd party ticket sites.
