Has anyone else had issues with StubHub allowing fraudulent sellers and failing to compensate buyers?

Has anyone else had issues with StubHub allowing fraudulent sellers and not compensating buyers?

I recently purchased a parking pass through StubHub, only to discover that the pass I received was for a completely different "Lot K" located nowhere near the stadium. The description clearly listed the stadium location, but when I opened the pass, I found out the parking lot was actually in Center City, also called Lot K. This seems like outright fraudulent activity.

I received unhelpful responses when I contacted customer service to resolve the issue. Two different representatives either hung up on me or closed the chat after claiming nothing could be done. They insisted I had received tickets for Lot K, which was entirely false.

This experience has left me incredibly frustrated and questioning StubHub’s commitment to protecting buyers. It feels like the company is turning a blind eye to fraudulent sellers and not holding them accountable for misleading listings. Has anyone else had similar problems or felt that StubHub is failing in terms of customer support and buyer compensation?Scam.pngScreen Shot 2025-01-20 at 10.41.53 AM.png

Hey there, thanks for your message! I am sorry for any confusion with your order. Checking the details, I can see that you purchased parking passes in LOT K. As you have also received the LOT K tickets, they would be correct and valid for the order. Additionally, any claims of incorrect tickets must be made either before the event or before the event has ended. As you did not contact us before the event had ended, there is nothing I can do here. I am sorry for any frustration. If you have any additional questions, just let me know. ”

When the address is not shown, and the title includes the parking lot of that specific stadium to then receive tickets that are not at that specific stadium is FALSE INFORMATION.
