So I purchase Eagle's tickets for the Sphere several months back. Then when I am ready to download the tickets it says they have been claimed by another e-mail. Support is giving me the run around saying they can't make the seller reset the tickets and they don't know where they went. Everytime time I call they say they need another 5 business days. I'm done with dealing with them, I'll let AMEX deal with these crooks.
