HELP! I bought the wrong showtime! I need to cancel and repurchase! HOW???
HELP!!! I can't find a customer service phone number for a human to help Me! I need to cancel the tickets for the wrong showtime and repurchase for the correct showtime for a Broadway show! Just happened...purchase still pending
Unfortunately Stubhub will not allow you to cancel the purchase. You will have to sell the tickets you have (Stubhub will generally waive the fee if you list them on the site) and then buy the correct show/time you want. You can list the incorrect tickets for sale even though you have not received them yet. Just use an in hand date as far out as Stubhub will allow
