I purchased 3 tickets in December for a 2/15 basketball game. As of yesterday night, 1 of the tickets was stolen back by the seller. StubHub sent me an email and said the seller wanted to offer me other tickets 5 rows back as a replacement. FYI I’m already in the upper most section. I refused at first, because the tickets have gone up $110 each and I was positive that is why they allowed the seller to take my ticket (they get more fee money), but StubHub promised I would get replacement tickets either comparable or better than what I had if I sent the other 2 tickets back, or I would not be refunded the 3rd stolen ticket. Like an idiot I trusted they would do what they said. (Before reading this site of course) Well it’s an hour pasted their expected time frame for replacement tickets and 2 hours from the start of the event and I haven’t even gotten a courtesy email from them. I will never purchase anything from them ever again. EVER. I also plan to report this to the BBB, dispute my charges and post a bad review and warnings on all social media and websites. I would sue if I could because I’m also out money for parking and hotels. Such a disgusting and horrible company. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of customers trust.
