The truth is, probably. I make a ton of money buying and selling tickets. I also go to a lot of events. Probably will not buy for personal use.
I complain for two reasons: 1- Occasionally from this forum, SH reaches out and their customer service in those cases is typically way better and faster than stubhub phone support.
2 - It is mind blowing to me that stubhub’s business functions so poorly that they can’t get buyers links to pick alternative tickets in time for an event. I’m used to it since i buy and sell a lot of tickets, but just imagine a random person who doesn’t buy too many tickets and makes a big purchase and has this happen. It’s just somewhat shocking to me that they can’t even handle this simple business process that has to happen 1000s of times a day.
