Parking Pass Validity

I purchased a parking pass on Stubhub for an event this coming weekend. I received a link to a ParkWhiz parking pass, which is a third-party parking reservation service. The pass clearly states on it: “ **ParkWhiz takes no responsibility for passes purchased on a third party website. All ParkWhiz terms and conditions are null and void on reseller passes.**”

I can’t transfer the pass to me as that is prohibited by ParkWhiz and can only access it by clicking the link through my Stubhub account. Additionally, it appears that an infinite number are of these passes for the same date and time can be purchased right now through ParkWhiz for a fraction of what I paid via Stubhub. This particular parking garage should be long sold out, so I’m dubious that parking will actually be available.

All that to say, I’m not confident I’m going to get what I paid for and a third party parking reservation isn’t what I thought I was buying.

I see no easy way to seek a refund ahead of time so that I can attempt to buy more reputable parking. Any thoughts on how to handle this?

Re: Parking Pass Validity

I purchased a ticket for the deftones concert in Portland followed the directions provided in the ticket took me to a car sales lot, I went to the miss parking and the attendant told me I was sold a fake ticket, had to pay 37 bucks for parking, upon investigating the pass indicated it was at the pioneer parking tower which is two miles away from the venue didn’t even attempt to go there!!
