Payment Issue – Don Toliver Paris Tickets

I purchased tickets for Don Toliver’s concert in Paris through your platform. My account was charged, but an error message appeared (saying that i haven't been debit) at the end of the transaction, and I did not receive any confirmation or my tickets.

Could you please check my order and confirm whether my tickets have been successfully processed? If not, I would appreciate a refund or instructions on how to proceed.
