Phone number validation code by Ticketmaster

I’m Henrique and I’m from São Paulo, Brazil.
I’m not being able to accept my tickets bought fron Stubhub…
Last Friday Nov, 22nd, I bought tickets to Miami Open 2025 from Stubhub and received an email from Ticketmaster in order to accept them.
I clicked ACCEPT TICKETS and signed up to create a new Ticketmaster account.
I filled all the information required and was directed to a phone number and email verification page.
PROBLEM: after filling my cell phone number I never received the verification code from Ticketmaster…
I had no problems with my email verification…
After several trials, appeared a message stating that my phone number has reached the limit for verification attempts…
I called 800-653-8000 twice and no attendant came to the phone to talk to me…just the irritating music kept playing on and on and on…
What do I do???

I can't help you, but coming from Martinique, I have exactly the same problem and I'm currently tearing my hair out with Ticketmaster, who doesn't understand my problem at allAnd since no one has responded to you here, I have little hope.
