Purchasing tickets

I bought 2 tickets for Bad Bunny in PR, but the charge hasn’t gone through yet (I made the purchase on Wednesday, February 26). Is that normal?

Also, when will I receive the tickets? They are digital and have already gone on sale. I bought them through resale…
