DO NOT BUY FROM STUBHUB - UPDATE

StubHub customer service is horrible when it comes to correcting their order issues and they make it the customers problem.  I should have read all of the horror and upset customer stories and just requested a refund when my order went wrong.  But even after allowing StubHub the time they asked for to correct the situation and returning my tickets, I am still pushing StubHub to issue my refund one month later.

 

Their customer service contact me, stating they would look into this, and after several days & messages, this was their reply yet again trying to leave this open ended and not providing any solutions or even trying to make this better:

Checking the details, I can see that your refund is currently being processed, and we are just waiting on the review team putting it through. We are currently experiencing some delays due to an unexpected high contact volume. Once the team have reviewed the and processed the refund, you will receive an update via email. If you need anything else, please be sure to let me know.
