As it gets closer to my event I am getting even more upset at how StubHub allow these sellers to come in, sell tickets and resell already purchased tickets to someone else all while marking your replacement tickets as an "UPGRADE". When I think about how uncomfortable my 6 foot 3 inches boyfriend will be cramped up in a middle row seat and how high up we all will be at this rodeo I am utterly disgusted with StubHub and the seller Zach Christa!!!! This is most definitely fraud and something needs to be done other than refunding the money paid for the tickets or cancellation needs to be found. Many plans are made around these ticket purchases that cannot be changed or refunded. StubHub needs to at least offer a price change refund. I paid almost $300 to sit in section 135 and now I am sitting in section 619 for that same price! I would have never ever paid that kind of money to sit in nosebleeds. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER TICKET THROUGH STUBHUB!!!
