This month I had two different purchases within 14 days of each other and the seller failed to deliver the tickets on the day of the event, on both orders.
On both occasions StubHub only refunded me the original amount that I paid for the tickets and didn't even offer me any replacements, left me high and dry on the day of the event, both times.
They confirmed they penalize the sellers for not fulfilling their orders, to make things right with the customer, but on both orders I was only refunded my original amount, so you guys are profiting of the ordeal, and didn't make things right with me at all.
Can I at least get some StubHub credit or something? failing to deliver on two orders, on the day of the event, within 14 days of each other is ridiculous and a terrible customer experience!
