I have to open cases with Stubhub cancelled events from Oklahoma wildfires affecting Stillwater, OK for OSU vs WVU baseball. I can not get Stubhub to honor the cancellation, and keep getting a canned response of:
"Thank you for letting us know about the issue and providing documentation. We're reviewing what happened and will be in touch.
We don't have information this canceled, but we actively monitor events in case something changes.
If this event changes in any way, we'll email you when the details are confirmed."
I have sent multiple screen shots of OSU official cancellation notices and a clearly cancelled event on OSU baseball schedule, but I am getting nowhere with Stubhub.
Very frustrated and wasting a ton of time on this.
Stubhub customer service is so bad.
