TL DR; if you bought tickets via StubHub and are having issues getting your tickets, even if they have been transferred to another ticketing agent such as Ticketmaster, call Stubhub immediately.
I purchased tickets in October for a show in November, but ran into an issue the night of the event. While standing in line, I tried to download the two tickets - one for my sister and one for my niece- but they wouldn’t load onto my app. It was a stressful situation.
Earlier that day, I received an email from Ticketmaster that seemed like a phishing attempt. The email claimed my tickets were stolen from another account and were being returned. However, there were no instructions on what to do next. I tried calling Ticketmaster to clarify, but I couldn’t get through.
Now StubHub is telling me they can't help because I didn't contact them on the day of the event. I was at a loud, chaotic venue, I was panicking about the tickets, and somehow I was supposed to call customer service during all that
