Hello,
I'm interested in buying tickets for a concert that is using Ticketmaster's "Face Value Exchange." Apparently, this only allows tickets to be resold at face value (via Ticketmaster) and the tickers are "restricted from transfer."
I'm seeing tickets on StubHub over face value for this concert and they are listed as "mobil transfer." Are these tickets legit? Also, if I buy these tickets on StubHub will StubHub reimburse me if transfer is not possible?
