Received wrong tickets, but Stubhub phone support says they’re correct. Please help

Looking for help from Stubhub.

I purchased tickets on stubhub listed in “Row A” of the section, which a seating chart confirms is the first row of the section. I received tickets in “Row I” instead. (That is the letter “i” not the numeral 1. All seats in this section are lettered not numbered.) Row I is not the row i purchased.

I called stubhub and was told it would be taken care of, but then received an email saying the tickets are correct.

These tickets are absolutely not what i purchased so would like a refund or replacement tickets.

You're not ging to get any help on this board.  You will have to keep talking to Stubhub to see if you find someone to help you, or dispute the charge.

i have gotten help on many orders directly through stubhub community before
