Ticket verification

I bought tickets near the end of August under my account and received a confirmation email stating I would receive them by 11/29.  I see no record of my purchase however on the StubHub website.  I didn't buy them as a guest.  Should I just wait?  How can I confirm my purchase through StubHub?

Community Log-In Changes May 1st
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
