Purchased tickets for Christmas gift

My first purchase here. I need a guarantee for receiving the tickets I purchased here. I received notification, it might be months later, until I receive the purchased tickets.
1. That’s too late to give as a gift in December.
2. How do I know I will received the seats in the section that I purchased.
3. Waiting months is too long - and raises the flag of “is this a legitimate and honorable site” to order tickets from?
4. Do I need to purchase more tickets via another ticket site and cancel this purchase on my credit card?
5. Thinking I should have tickets in hand before credit card dispute period elapses.
Hoping for some timely support and hopefully my tickets, to alleviate the stress of having a Christmas gift spoiled.

All your questions can be answered in one way. The seller is obligated to deliver tickets by the date that was on the listing. So if that is after Christmas then no you won’t have them in time for Christmas. And while the seller is supposed to deliver the tickets there is enough complaints on here that it’s possible you will not get them.

As for cancellation of the sale you can’t do that. And if you dispute with credit card company it your delivery date has not come yet then you’d probably lose the dispute.
