March 26th, 2025 - Purchased 2 tickets for today (April 18th, 2025). Account shows tickets confirmed. Will contact me via email when tickets are received by seller. Contacted Stub Hub via virtual assistant twice. (First response was to wait till 5 pm & if not received contact them again. Never received tickets.
Contacted Virtual Assistant again close to 5:30. Instructed me to contact Customer Service.
Chatted with Khayla (something like that) who researched my account & said she was escalating it to their Internal Review team. I asked how long it would be for me to hear back from them. Stated within 30 minutes I should get an email. Still have not received anything. I sent an e-mail to customer service. Will wait till Monday & hope they did not scam me.
Update to my post - At 9:21 tonight I received an email from noreply@stubhub.com that my refund was initiated & depending on my bank it may take 5-7 business days. I do hope it's true. I will update this post when received.
Update to my post - Just checked my credit card & noticed StubHub did as promised & refunded the total amount I had been charged. It may have taken a few hours & a huge emotional let down on not seeing the concert, but I am very happy they were true to their word on refunding it. Thank you very much.
