purchased a 3 day pass to an event
went day one. no issue
day two no ticket in my acct
contacted stubhub, was tolld it was an axs issue
took months to finallly resolve issue with axs which was multi faceted,
it was not a 3 day pass
it was a single day pass
contact stubhub to finally make it right
sent me 25% of purchase price as a coupon to be used in the future
didnt even ask for this, said that i wanted more and the 25% was unacceptable
they sent anyways and disconnected the chat
called again
next person wanted to do more but said they couldn't because voucher had already been issued
they refuse to accept responsibility for this. I thought it was an issue with axs now i know the truth
not above and beyond... below and not far enough
