mapping issue with tickets

What a HORRIFIC experience with my tickets and no one seems to want to fix it.  Purchased tickets for center mezzanine front, when received tickets they were rear mezzanine.  immediately called and was told they would escalate it as it is a mapping issue, this was on 10/2.  I have called 9x since then.  Finally today I received a link for new tickets which the event is in 2 days.  None of the tickets are comparable they are all rear mezzanine.  Now, I am being told they are comparable based on the price, but if they fixed it back in October when I called, the price would have been significantly cheaper, not the price 2 days before the event.  Now I have the choice of picking the tickets they gave me, or refund.  However, we already have dinner and hotel reservations.  Stub Hub really screwed me.

Comparable replacement tickets is based on price you paid, not comparable location.
