problem getting Sabrina Carpenter tickets for Portland tonight

I am having trouble accessing my Sabrina Carpenter tickets for Portland for tonight. I bought them on Stub Hub but am being directed to Ticket Master Account Manager to collect the tickets. However, the link to Ticket Master Account manager is not opening and I can't access my tickets. Is anyone else having a similar problem?

@davidwolfphd was this ever resolved? I'm having the exact same issue except when I go to TM to get the tickets, it's showing as cancelled. My event is Nov. 23rd
