Retrieving and Printing tickets

I purchased tickets for Martin Lawrence (LIT AF Tour) which was postponed until Oct 2021.......During postponement I put my tickets up for sale, I have a buyer, but i NEVER Approved or TRANSFERED my tickets.....I NOW PLAN TO ATTEND the concert, so how do i Retrieve and Print my tickets OR ADD Them to MY WALLET? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT
