I purchased tickets for Othello in NYC for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, he was having open heart surgery and we could not attend the Broadway Show. In order to get my money back for these EXPENSIVE tickets and GREAT SEATS, I had to sell them online through Stubhub. I contacted their customer service and they walked me through each step until my tickets were posted. I also received an email saying that my tickets were purchased and I would get refunded; the money put into my checking account. Three days after the performance, I received another email from Stubhub saying the sale was cancelled since the tickets were not valid. NOT VALID! These were the tickets I purchased from Stubhub and verified these tickets with their customer service representative who ensured I posted them correctly! THIS SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM! I would urge you not to use Stubhub.
