Stubhub is not Refunding on Cancelled Event due to Oklahoma Wildfires

I have a refund processing for Order# 554332065.

I still getting no where on Order# 554331634. This is the other event from the same weekend cancelled due to Oklahoma wildfires.

This is the host teams schedule. Stubhub can see the event is cancelled.

I need help. Customer service is the WORST OF ALL TIME. Stubhub needs to correct this and then address the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If the canceled event does not show on Stubhub's system then you will never get a refund.  Doesn't matter that you give them the link that shows the canceled event.  If not on Stubhub's system then no refund for you.
