I put tickets up for sale. I can see them as "active" in my sales listings, but cannot find them as an interested purchaser would. I tried to locate them signed in, signed out, and on another computer, each time with no result. Can someone help me?
It worked. When I turned the recommended filter off as you suggested, it does work and I can even see my tickets when others are selling theirs for less. The only problem is that the filter automatically turns back on every time you leave the page. But at least I have the fix. Thanks.
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
