My event occurred 15 days ago... my payment said it should be deposited 4/15/25. I still have not received anything and customer service can only say they are internally escalating my case to the "relevant department." Anyone have any advice or help on how to reach and actually get help from stub hub??? This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

If you delete some of your old sent messages the system will allow you to send a message to @TeamStubhub
that's the thing I have not sent any messages, that would be the first one, I can't even reply to their email.
