Hi!
My listing is not mapping for the Taylor swift concert in two days. The entire sections of 1-5 are not clickable. (They were a few days ago for a short time but aren’t anymore.) No one will find my listing if they can’t click on those sections. I see listings in those sections haven’t sold much (if at all) while every other section is selling. I’ve already contacted support and nothing was done. I found a “map errors on site” post by a moderator that said to reply with any problems but the reply button doesn’t work so I can’t post the issue there. What else can I do?
(Note: The sections aren't even numbered on the map at all! They're not greyed out / sold out sections. They're just not showing up as valid seating sections. I don't understand why they were there a few days ago and then all those numbered sections were removed from the map for all the concert dates. They're showing as greyed out locations but not numbered.)
