Not Paid for Tickets

I sold 2 very expensive tickets to StubHub weeks ago and still haven’t seen payment for them. After contacting customer service they have been no help. They keep saying to look for an email from them but I don’t receive anything. They owe me hundreds of dollars?

I'm in the same boat. I've have chatted with multiple customer service agents and they all say to wait for some magical email that never comes.
