Even though you did everything correctly (in all likelihood), the buyer is too lazy to check their inbox for the tickets. You have to drop everything you are doing and arduously cancel the ticket transfer (if you're fortunate enough that this is a possibility) and send the tickets to the same email address ASAP. Do this or you won't get paid out... that is, if you're lucky and that's the only downside. More likely, you'll get a penalty for a broken sale to top it off that you will now have to fight to be removed.
I swear, I never have any of these issues as a top-seller with Vividseats, Seatgeek, TickPick or Ticketmaster. It's almost as though Stubhub is willfully trying to lose the market share to these fast-growing competitors. With the other guys, I pick up the phone, talk to someone who is fluent in English and the problem is (almost always) immediately resolved. Good luck having that happen with Stubhub.
