Selling Parking Passes

I have several parking lots across from a university and sell parking passes for the football games.  I've been requesting the ability to add a description to each of my listings so that I can put a physical address where the parking lot is located.  Currently, I may only select a location from the drop down menu with my only real option being "General Lots"

The reason that I am requesting the ability to do this is are as follows:

1.  Someone looking to purchase a parking pass for an event at the university has no idea where "General Lots" is located.  For all they know, it could be .5 miles away or 10 miles away.  This makes it more difficult for me to sell the pass since the buyer has no idea where the parking space is located.
2.  Without being able to insert a description, I can not effectively differentiate the listing between the three lots and I charge a different amount between the three based on distance.

I have called customer support at least 16 times and my request has been escalated multiple times but have yet to get a response.  I was told by one customer service advisor that once I sold 50 passes on the site, my account would be upgraded to either a Best Seller or Power Seller account which would allow me to add a description.  I have sold more than 50 passes and did not hear from StubHub and followed up again today and was told that there is no set number and will be notified if my account is upgraded.  If this is the case, I would like to see if it would be possible to have my account upgraded sooner as I would be able to sell a lot more passes if buyers knew the location of the parking lots.  If anyone has had any experience with this and can provide some advice, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Re: Selling Parking Passes

I have this problem also.   We have a lot near state fair grounds.   There are multiple concerts and sporting events.   Sometimes our address is listed as an option, sometimes there is a "general lot" option, sometimes a VIP parking only option.    Last year I reached out multiple times a week to try to get clarity for the parking pass listing - so people know the distance to the venue.   Over the last couple years I've sold 100's of parking passes this hasn't made a difference.

Re: Selling Parking Passes

I too have sold a lot of parking passes using "General Lots" but on the last game my sales went way down because of another seller using "General Lots" at a much lower price.  I was listing mine for $50 per parking space and someone else with a parking lot that was 2.6 miles away listed theirs for $20 per space.  I was selling just fine until they posted their spaces and my sales completely stopped.

As a buyer, if you see "General Lots" for $50 and $20 and by not knowing the location, you'll always pick the least expensive.  However, in this case, the least expensive was 2.6 miles away and mine is across the street from the venue.  Also, StubHub hides duplicate prices unless you select to see all, so most people would not see my listing, only the "General Lots" with the lowest price which was for the other seller.  I have asked them on multiple occasions to allow me to but a location address in the description as I think it's a little deceptive to allow someone to purchase a parking pass for an event without them knowing they just bought one where the parking space is 2.6 miles away.

I'll see how this season goes, but I think they could provide a much better experience for both buyers and sellers if they would allow for a brief location description on the listing for the parking lots.
