What happens if I sold tickets last month & initiated the transfer through Ticketmaster, but it still shows as pending? If the buyer doesn’t accept by the start of the concert, am I allowed to cancel the sale without being dinged so I can go?
do not cancel the transfer as you expose yourself to charges from Stubhub. If you transferred the tickets to the correct email AND confirmed the transfer in your open sales on Stubhub you will be paid after the event even if the buyer never accepts. I find that buyers either accept immediately or wait until a day before the or even up unitl the start of the event to accept.
