Sold tickets but Transfer pending

So I sold tickets but I made sure to transfer them to stub hub so they could handle it. I got an email saying ACTION NEEDED. Do I try transferring them over myself or will they send it to them.?

You are supposed to transfer the tickets to the buyer, not to Stubhub
