Still have not received my payment that was expected on November 10th.

I sold 4 tickets to a concert that occurred on November 4th. Under payments on my account, the payment was expected November 10th. After 2 weeks without receiving payment, I contacted support a number of times. They told me to keep waiting and that all was well. Eventually they told me there was an error on their end and that they didn't know what the issue was.

 

Now, my payment expected date changed to November 29th. I needed this payment by the end of the month to pay my bills. This has caused me a lot of trouble. I have to wait another 8 business days (almost 2 weeks) for a chance to get my payment. Good chance it won't go through just like the first time since StubHub couldn't even tell me what went wrong the 1st time. Without knowing, how could they have fixed the issue? How can StubHub just keep changing the payment date and delaying my payment? When will I get my money?
