Telecharge Tickets - do I forward the email from Telecharge

I sold tix to a broadway show that I bought on Telecharge.  I dont see a transfer option via Telecharge's site; I do see that I can just forward to the buyer the email that has the tickets as an attachment. Should I just forward the email to the buyer?

Did you list the tickets as mobile or PDF? If mobile then you can't send paper tickets, you will have to call Stubhub to change the ticket type. If listed as PDF then are there PDF tickets attached to the email?, if so then you need to save the PDF tickets and send that to the buyer.

I ended up just forwarding the email with the tix as PDF attachments, and the Buyer accepted them and the sale was marked as completed on Stubhub.
