How do I get a refund or sell the ticket I purchased for the Blue Jays/Mariners game May 10th - Just one Section 121 / Row 24

You can't get a refund, you have to resell it.  There should be a resale option on your purchase confirmation page.  You must use that resale option or you will have to pay the seller fees.  If you need help with this call Stubhub and ask somoeone to walk you htrough it.  866-Stubhub
