Ticketmaster did not turn on Ticket Transfer but I saw the same event tickets sold on Stubhub

The event that I am selling did not turn on ticket transfer by Ticketmaster, how come I saw the same event tickets sold on Stubhub?  How to transfer to my buyer on Stubhub if my listing sold?

I have the same (or similar) issue. I just sold two tickets to the John Legend show in Oakland on Dec 5 and need to transfer the tickets. However the transfer button is greyed out on my Ticketmaster app. How should I proceed?

StubHub said just wait till 72 hours before the event and the ticket transfer option may be turned on by Ticketmaster. But it’s already within 72 hours now, and I still cannot transfer. I’ll wait till tomorrow and I’ll call StubHub to see what is the next step. The live chat is of no use at all. The staffs who chat on live chat replied with generic scripts and provide zero help.

Sometimes venues and / or Ticketmaster restrict ticket transfers up until 72 - 24 hours before the event. I would recommend updating your hand in date to as far into the future as possible and monitor your tickets and check if they're able to be transferred closer to the event. 

It may be worth asking TicketMaster about this too as they may be able to unlock them.

All the sellers for this event that is to take place within 48 hours, and we just sold our tickets this week. Transfer option just opened up an hour ago.
