I list tickets using Skybox. I listed tickets for NBA Cups EAST semis. Stubhub mapped the tickets to the WEST semis and they sold. I have sent the logs to API and to the mapping area. It has been 5 days and the vent is in less than a week. What does it take to have the issue resolved? The sale should be cancelled with no penalty as the logs clearly show listed as EAST not west
