Here is a timeline of what has happened to me:
1. I bought tickets on stubhub for an Atlanta Hawks game, tickets were supposed to mobile transfer
2. Tickets were delivered to me, but not through a ticketmaster account transfer which is the normal method for hawks tickets. Instead, there were links posted on my order page, which went to a website called mysecurepass.com and had the ticket barcode
3. I decided to sell these same tickets on stubhub
4. After making the sale, I called stubhub support to ask them to move the ticket links to the new buyer's account
5. They told me they would take care of it (I have a support email from them to prove this) and nothing else would be required on my part
6. After the event I got an email saying my sale to my buyer was cancelled (my buyer claimed the links didn't work apparently)
7. I called stubhub support, they looked at the history, agreed with me that I had done the right things, and said they put in an "escalation", but that it would take 30-45 days.
8. Two days later, I got a second email saying I would receive a chargeback for the sale I made.
So basically I am out both the original purchase price and also the chargeback fee (which was much higher), and I didn't even get to go the game. This can't be legal. Please tell me what I need to do to fix this!!!!
