I already provided my ITIN, which is literally my tax identification number. it's the exact same function as an SSN for tax purposes. Stop asking me to "provide tax info" when the ITIN is the tax info !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I'm beyond frustrated. This is ridiculous and shows a complete lack of understanding or just lazy customer service. Either fix this or give me a direct way to get my money back. I'm done wasting time!
