transfer of new york comic con tickets after sale

NYCC tickets have to be activated before the event & are currently linked to my Showclix account. What is the best way to go about transferring it to buyer? They need a Showclix account & my ability to transfer it there OR I need to activate before mailing to buyer. Suggestions? Has anyone done this before?

Activate the badge and ship it.  If the buyer wants to be able to sign up for panels etc they will reach out to Stubhub who will reach out to you to make the transfer

I’m having the opposite issue. I bought 4x 4-day tickets and the original owner has not transferred them to my ShowClix account. I’ve been talking to StubHub customer service for over a week and they’ve tried to email the original owner at least 3 times but there has been no reply. Hopefully they finally come through but is there any way I can get someone to assign them to me? If not, will I still be able to get into the con with just the physical tickets?

You should still be able to enter but you may not be able to sign up for panels. You may want to try calling Comic Con or Showtix who comic con uses. Perhaps they can transfer badges. They might give you a hard time for not buying off Comic con official resale site
