StubHub's US Field Operations team is made up of 80 employees located throughout the country with home offices in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. We pride ourselves on being a brand differentiator who engages with StubHub customers in-person
to amplify the fan experience. Field Operations services include, but are not limited to:
- - Last Minute Services Ticket Pickup (see description below)
- - In-person customer service and sales with local experts in NYC, LA and Chicago plus a variety of pop-up events throughout the year
- - Fan activations and hospitality at StubHub and partner locations and venues
Last Minute Services ticket pickup (LMS) allows traditional hard-stock tickets to be listed for sale until event day. Field Operations offers LMS coverage on tons of local events from one of our fixed office locations, but did you know we also
offer LMS for a variety of other events? LMS REMOTE EVENTS are covered from offsite pickup locations (usually a nearby hotel or restaurant) which function as temporary LMS offices. These locations offer sellers the opportunity to keep their
tickets listed until event time and buyers the ability to purchase last minute.
