Refund due to hurricane

Why are they not providing refunds for people stuck, because of the hurricane?

Was your event canceled or were you not able to travel? If the event was not canceled and you could not travel you would only get refund if you had insurance

Well that's awful many roads are closed down and I have tickets for the Casting Crowns concert in Raleigh North Carolina and I live in Huntington West Virginia and the interstate I have to travel on to get to the concert right now is closed and at this point we don't know when it will be opened back up. People shouldn't loose money for things they have no control over

My guess is Stubhub is saying the same thing.  That is why they offer insurance to protect the tickets
