My apologies for any issues with the disclosure.
When sellers list their tickets, they do need to ensure that they are including any necessary disclosures (Wheelchair Seats, Obstructed/Limited View, etc.). If not, buyers are covered by our FanProtect Guarantee and the seller is held liable for potential charges.
However, if a seller does include these disclosures, they do appear within the listing with whichever platform you're using (app or browser). The disclosures would show when selecting the listing, at checkout, and after within email confirmations or your order history.
We wouldn't be able to cancel or refund a purchase under these reasons as the seller did include the necessary disclosures and would be guaranteed to be paid. Now, you are not stuck with the tickets though as you can always relist them back on StubHub. To help, we would be happy to arrange it so that if the tickets sell, we will waive our selling fee so that you get 100% of the price you set.
